    Your HMO ID card or your enrollee ID number.

    We have different prices based on type and quality.

  • What is the price range of your frames?

    We have quite a wide range of prices for all levels. From low budgets upwards.

  • How long does it take for an eye test?

    Between 10 minutes to 30 minutes from the time you entered the Consulting room depending on your complaints. It could be more in some rare cases.

  • Can I send someone to pick up my glasses and drugs?

    Yes. Ensure you give the person your details, payment receipt and letter of authorization.

  • Do I need appointment to come for my eye test?

    No for some General eye test and Yes for some specialised eye tests.

  • I am registered with one of your branches, can I go to another branch for my eye test?

    Yes. We are one company we can always pull your medical records from your registered branch.

  • Can I bring in my own frames and just purchase my lenses from you?

    Yes you can. But be sure the frame is an optical frame. Please note that All frames not purchased from us is at owners risk. We however promise to give you the best quality at most affordable prices if you purchase your frames from us. Great discounts are also available.

  • Do you have Designer frames?
